Message: “Unable to save product key”

To save the product key, first activate your Norton program again.

To activate your Norton program

  1. Start your Norton program.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the window, click Help & Support, and then click Activation.
  3. Click Next
  4. Type in the Product Key.
  5. Click Next, and Activate the program.
  6. On the Activation Successful page, click Next.
  7. When asked to create a Norton Account, click Skip.
  8. Click Finish.
