Synchronization Tip for Subscription Expired Issues

If the Customer has NAV 2005 try Renewal Center from Help and Support then select  3rd Option

If the Customer has NAV 2006 try Subscription from Help and Support then select 2nd Option

You Can also synchronize the software using the following Command  "C:\program files\common files\symantec Shared\livereg\symcsub.exe” /sync

  3. When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added”
    checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
    Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Bless you!
